SKOPJE, Macedonia -- The 15th meeting of heads of government from countries in Central and Eastern Europe opens on Friday (May 2nd) in Ohrid. The meeting -- the biggest political event ever organised in Macedonia -- brings together the presidents of 17 countries from the region, who will discuss issues such as a common European future and economic and energy prospects. The presidents of Croatia, Moldova, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Montenegro, Slovakia, Serbia, Austria, Germany, Ukraine, Hungary, Poland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania and Turkey plan to participate in the summit.
