BRUSSELS, Belgium -- The conditions for Serbia joining the Partnership for Peace Programme (PfP) have not changed, NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer told Serbian Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic in Brussels on Thursday (November 23rd). He stressed that NATO expects the right signals from Serbia before deciding on any closer integration with the Alliance. The chief condition for membership is the arrest and extradition to The Hague of six war crimes six fugitives, including Ratko Mladic. (Tanjug, RTS, AKI - 23/11/06)
